I must take a magnesium supplement for a deficiency that is monitored every two weeks. It was always low when using the mag oxide. However when I switched to Horbaach's Magnesium Glycinate 1330 mg high absorption. It put my magnesium count back into the normal range. I don't ever want to switch again. It's my honest review. I really like this product, I get no benefit or compensation for say this.
I was quite pleased with the how they are good competition for other suppliers. The price of this product was actually cheaper that the other main online competitor, Horbaach's offered free shipping and I was pleased with the shipping time as well.
