We make sure that if our products don’t match your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

That’s right, we are so confident in our ability to deliver you the best products, that if we fall below our own standards, we will refund you in full.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our return policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Return Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept these changes.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
