International Shipping Rates

Our international shipping rates are determined by location and the weight of a package. To determine your shipping will costs, simply fill your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can review the estimated shipping cost and your order total prior to checking out at any time.

We manufacture and ship our products directly from our New York facilities where they’re distributed to customers worldwide. We host several carrier providers for international shipping, allowing you to choose your preferred carrier upon checkout.

Import Taxes & Duties

Orders from outside of the United States may include import duties and taxes that are determined by local customs in each region. These costs may vary depending on the items in your order.

Some carriers provide the option to prepay these charges during checkout, ensuring faster delivery with no additional steps needed. These items can also be paid for later upon arrival at customs.

Declaration of Value & Product Description

In accordance with international shipping laws, our shipping labels provide the full value of your order and shipping cost. Each order includes an itemized packing list that includes product description and quantity.

International shipping services require accurate information to contact you in the event of required action for customs clearance or a delayed delivery of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international shipping policies, there are certain product restrictions in different regions. These restrictions vary by location and are subject to change at any time.

We also recommend you contact your local customs to inquire about their shipping policies and restrictions.

 

Please Note: At this time we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Peru.

Customs Information

Each local customs have its own set of regulations regarding international shipping. There are many country-specific laws, regulations, and restrictions that may impact the delivery of your shipment. We highly recommend contacting your local customs to find out more about its specific policies.

All international orders are eligible for return within 120 days of the order date. You may only return items that are unopened and sealed. When we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will refund your account for the total amount of the order, minus shipping costs and discounts.

If the shipping costs to return the order are greater than the refund, our carriers are instructed to withhold the order. Also, if a product is seized by customs, we cannot issue a refund for your order.

Order tracking is dependent on the carrier you choose upon checkout. Below is some more information regarding our carriers and what to expect from each.

Please Note: We are not liable for packages that are held by customs. The best practice is to become familiar with your local customs and its policies before shipping internationally for safe and effective delivery!

Shipping & Delivery FAQs

Where's my order?

For USA Orders: When you order with Horbaach, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to find out the status of your shipment.

For International Orders: You may or may not receive tracking numbers, depending on the delivery method selected.

How is my shipping cost calculated?

Our shipping rates are based off the calculated weight of your order. Please note we do not make any money from the shipping charges on your order. Our phone operators are not able to waive shipping fees.

Can I change my address after my order was shipped?

We're sorry, once an order ships, we cannot change the address, cancel, or otherwise stop shipment.

 

What are the different methods of payment that you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal. Please note, we are unable to process prepaid or gift credit cards at this time.

 

I just placed an order, can I add to it?

We're sorry, once an order is placed, you cannot add, delete or alter it. If it has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order so it can be replaced with the additional items.

 

How can I cancel and order?

You have 60 minutes to cancel an order after it is placed. This can be done by going to the Order History tab underMy Account.

When will I get an order confirmation?

You can expect an order confirmation containing the details of your order via email within 24 hours – but usually this order confirmation will be emailed to you within moments of completing your order.

 

When will I get a shipping confirmation?

Horbaach is proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders placed before 12 noon (EST). Shipping confirmation is sent via email once your order has left our supplement warehouse. You will usually receive shipping confirmation 24-48 hours after you have placed your order.

 

What happens if I have an item that is on backorder?

On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email right away. Your in-stock items will ship immediately, while backordered items will ship as soon as they are available -- at no additional cost to you.
