The Best I Have Used

I can't speak to the scientific reasons as to why this charcoal works better than others I have tried, (perhaps it's the coconut) but it does. It's the best I have used and I will keep using it.

My final order

When I began purchasing from Horbaach, I was quite impressed! The price was fair and I received my order in 3 days. But with every purchase I have made since, I have grown more and more disappointed. So much so that I won't shop there again.
The price increased by $1 and the points I have accrued with each order are useless (error message every time I try to use them). The shipping now takes twice as long as it used to; 7-8 days is unacceptable (Pony Express would be quicker). The tracking information is not always available and when it is, it's vague and unhelpful. When I contacted the merchant, they couldn't/wouldn't give me any info that's useful. Perhaps because Horbaach orders are fulfilled by Amazon (or is it Piping Rock?!). It took 3-4 days for it to even ship; if I had known that, I would not have placed the order. If the irem is not in stock, just say so! Frustrating for sure.
